Is there anywhere my membership benefits are not valid?

The member perks + benefits can only be accessed through our network ( website / app) The discounts and free shipping benefits can not be accessed on Facebook Shop, Instagram Shop, or Amazon.

My benefits aren’t working - why?

You must use the same email you used when purchasing your membership in order to access your benefits. You have to sign in to your account to access your membership benefits

How can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership from your account portal at any time or by contacting our customer support team [email protected]. There are no termination fees or hidden costs to cancel, but we do not provide refunds or credits, including partially used store credits.
